LCA Audition is an independent hearing center in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Our three state-certified audiologists (audioprothésistes D.E.) fit and tune hearing aids from every major manufacturer, with no ties to a single brand. We take the time to explain your results and your options in English, so you decide with full understanding.
Because we are independent, your choice depends on your ears and your life, not on a commercial target. Every fitting begins with a 30-day trial in your real environment, before any purchase.

Costs & reimbursement
If you are covered by French health insurance, the 100 % Santé scheme offers Class I hearing aids that are fully reimbursed, with zero out-of-pocket cost once your complementary insurance (mutuelle) applies. Class II premium devices have free pricing, capped at 1,700 € per ear, with a remaining cost that depends on your insurance.
A hearing aid fitting reimbursed in France needs a medical prescription (GP or ENT). A hearing screening needs none. Without French coverage, private fees apply and we give you a written quote before anything else. See our French page on funding and aids.

Do you speak English?+
Yes. Our audiologists advise and fit hearing aids in English, so you understand every step of your care.
Can you adjust or repair hearing aids bought abroad?+
Yes. We are an independent, all-brand center. We tune, service and repair hearing aids from any manufacturer, including devices bought abroad or at another clinic. Please bring your latest audiogram if you have one.
Do I need a prescription?+
A free hearing screening needs no prescription. A hearing aid fitting reimbursed by French health insurance requires a medical prescription (GP or ENT).
How much does it cost?+
If you are covered by French health insurance, Class I hearing aids are fully reimbursed, with zero out-of-pocket cost. Class II devices have free pricing. Without French coverage, private fees apply; ask us for a written quote.
